Microsoft is currently seeking a Part-Time Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic remote team. If you are passionate about technology and helping customers solve issues, this role could be a perfect fit for you! Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service to Microsoft users via chat, email, and phone. Troubleshoot technical issues, guiding users through solutions and ensuring satisfaction. Record and track customer issues in our internal system. Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex customer inquiries. Stay up-to-date with product updates and new Microsoft features. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. At least 1 year of customer service or technical support experience. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Familiarity with Microsoft products (Windows, Office Suite) is a plus. Availability to work 20-25 hours per week with flexible shifts.
