This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: India Non-IT Recruiter We are in search of a motivated and dedicated Non-IT Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various non-IT roles in different industries, including finance, marketing, sales, customer service, and administration. The Non-IT Recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide effective recruitment solutions. Key Responsibilities • Talent Sourcing & Screening: Identifying, sourcing, and attracting top talent through various channels for non-IT positions. • Job Advertising: Posting job openings on relevant platforms and ensuring they are attractive and clear to potential candidates. • Resume Review & Candidate Screening: Reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and shortlisting qualified candidates for interviews. • Interview Coordination: Scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication throughout the process. • Candidate Evaluation: Evaluating candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit through phone and in-person interviews, and using assessments where necessary. • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partnering with hiring managers to understand job requirements, desired qualifications, and team culture to create accurate job descriptions. • Offer Negotiation & Onboarding: Extending job offers to selected candidates, handling negotiations, and managing the onboarding process for new hires. • Recruitment Metrics: Tracking and reporting on recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire. Requirements Requirements: • Proven work experience as a Non-IT Recruiter or similar role • Familiarity with non-IT job requirements and industry standards • Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational and time management abilities • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or relevant field (preferred) Benefits Oppertunity to work in a leading consulting firm.
