Our client in the home services space is looking for a Project Manager for a large-scale, multisite content migration initiative. This FULLY REMOTE, contract assignment starts as soon as the right candidate is identified, and will continue for 40 hours a week for approximately 3-4 months. The Project Manager will be managing projects for multiple brands as they migrate content from a number of websites to their new platform. Project Manager Responsibilities Track progress and manage delivery of deadlines Calculate delivery deadlines by week for content delivery Maintain content plan in Excel Create boards in Monday.com and ensure they stay relevant and up to date Lead weekly meetings with brand and copy team Attend project meetings as needed Prepare PowerPoint decks as needed for project meetings Lead content kick off meetings Maintain knowledge of key stakeholders, dates, deadline, team members, etc. for various projects QC and troubleshoot any issues with workflow Review Figjam boards to ensure relevant copy decisions are correct Project Manager Requirements 5+ years experience in project management / web content experience Prior experience managing similar content migration projects Experience using Monday.com Strong Microsoft Excel skills Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and Word Digital asset management knowledge Knowledge of Figma/Figjam is a plus In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
