Job DescriptionJob DescriptionMinimum 1+ years special education experience required. We are seeking a qualified ESL (English as a Second Language) teacher to join our educational team in Lowell, Massachusetts. This remote position provides an exciting opportunity to work with diverse learners while fostering English language development. Position Overview: As a remote ESL teacher, you will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging online lessons that meet the needs of English language learners in grades K-12. You will collaborate with classroom teachers to support students' language development and academic success across content areas. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and deliver remote ESL instruction aligned with state standards and district curriculum - Assess and monitor student progress in English language acquisition - Create individualized learning plans for students based on their proficiency levels - Maintain detailed documentation of student progress and achievement - Collaborate virtually with classroom teachers and other specialists - Communicate regularly with students' families about progress and goals - Participate in online professional development and team meetings Required Qualifications: - Master's degree in TESOL, Applied Linguistics, or related field - Valid Massachusetts teaching license with ESL/ELL endorsement - Minimum 2 years of experience teaching ESL in a school setting - Demonstrated proficiency in online teaching platforms and technology - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Experience working with diverse student populations Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday during regular school hours If interested, apply here or contact: Alex Gonzalez Apply Job!
