Virtual Assistant – Remote Cleaning Business (Houston-Based Hours) Position: Virtual Assistant (Remote) Hours: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM Houston Time (CST) Pay: $20 - $25 per hour (Contractor Position) Location: Fully Remote (Must be based in the U.S.) Commitment: Long-Term About the Role: We’re looking for a highly motivated Virtual Assistant to help manage and grow our remote-based cleaning business in Houston, TX. You will be the key person handling daily operations, sales, customer service, and team coordination. If you have strong organizational skills, love working independently, and can manage multiple tasks efficiently, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities: • Sales & Lead Management – Respond to new leads, follow up consistently, and close bookings. • Customer Service – Answer calls/emails, assist clients, and resolve complaints professionally. • Hiring & Scheduling Cleaners – Recruit, onboard, and manage independent cleaners. • Scheduling & Dispatching – Coordinate appointments and ensure smooth operations. • Complaint Handling & Problem Solving – Address client and cleaner issues with a solution-oriented approach. • Admin & Reporting – Maintain records, invoices, and provide daily reports to management. What We’re Looking For: • Experience in customer service, sales, or admin support (bonus if in a cleaning or home services business). • Ability to work independently and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal). • Tech-savvy – Comfortable using CRM systems, scheduling software, VoIP systems, and Google Workspace. • Sales-oriented mindset – You know how to follow up, close deals, and upsell services. • Problem solver – You handle challenges with professionalism and efficiency. • A quiet home office setup with reliable WiFi and a professional phone presence.
