As a Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat platforms. You will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed in a prompt and professional manner. Responsibilities • Engage with customers via live chat to provide assistance and resolve their inquiries or concerns. • Deliver outstanding customer service by effectively addressing customer needs and exceeding their expectations. • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to support customers with accurate information. • Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for resolution. • Document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions accurately and thoroughly. • Collaborate with team members to ensure prompt and efficient resolution of customer issues. • Perform administrative tasks, such as updating customer profiles and processing orders. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent. • Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to type quickly and accurately. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet. • Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor. • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in using live chat software and other relevant computer applications.
