This is a remote position. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry & Claims Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this remote, full-time position, you will play a vital role in managing and updating member-level records, processing claims data, and ensuring compliance with guidelines. You will work independently from anywhere, contributing to the team's efficiency and helping meet critical deadlines. Key Responsibilities: • Accurately process and manage claims data, ensuring alignment with established procedures and timelines. • Make routine decisions based on discretion, escalating significant matters as necessary. • Maintain accurate, up-to-date member records, confirming eligibility and effective dates for benefits. • Apply policy provisions effectively and handle sensitive customer data with discretion and confidentiality. • Demonstrate flexibility and responsiveness to customer needs, ensuring high-quality service in all tasks. Requirements Qualifications & Skills: • Education: High School Diploma or GED required. • Experience: No prior experience required. On-the-job training will be provided. • Skills: • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision and speed. • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. Working Hours: • Flexible work schedule with full-time availability required to meet deadlines and respond to customer needs.
