We are looking for a Digital Web Producer to join our team on a freelance, contract basis. This is a remote position available only in the United States. The hourly range for this role is $45 – $56/hr, and the estimated duration is 40 hours per week on a long-term basis. We are seeking candidates who are interested in converting to a full-time employee after about 6 months. If you have a Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Computer Science, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience as a web producer, developer, or designer, we encourage you to apply. Strong knowledge of CMS platforms, front-end technologies, SEO best practices, and web accessibility standards is required. Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills are also essential for this role. Responsibilities: - Build, edit, and maintain web pages within the Contentful CMS, ensuring a user-friendly experience and adherence to brand guidelines and accessibility standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of text, images, multimedia, and interactive elements. - Optimize web content for search engines and analyze website performance. - Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends and best practices. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the CMS or web content. - Ensure web content is compatible and optimized for various devices and browsers while meeting accessibility standards. - Assist in training and support for other team members in using the CMS.
